My life before working in Loveland as the Loveland Acupuncture Practitioner...
Traditional Chinese Medicine has been a part of my life since I was a little girl. My paternal grandmother was an Chinese herbalist and I can still remember watching her make prescriptions with natural herbs and minerals for her patients. It is with these nostalgic memories that I have been influenced to pursue a career in the natural healing arts that Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine can provide. I was born in China and moved to North America with my family when I was 4 years old. Before relocating to Fort Collins, I lived in Central New York State. Living at the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains has instilled in me a love for nature and the great outdoors. On my spare time, I enjoys hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, jogging and spending time with friends, family and my Yin & Yang kitties (see picture below).
I earned my Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from an accredited acupuncture school: the Finger Lakes Schools of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Seneca Falls – New York. During my education, I also studied at the ZheJiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in HangZhou, China.
Like I've mentioned before, I practice Traditional Chinese Medicine and am trained in adjunctive therapies such as moxibustion, tui na – asian bodywork, cupping, auriculotherapy, and dietary/lifestyle recommendations. I specialize in:
But like most other acupuncturist, I do not limit myself to only the specializations mentioned above. My ultimate goal is to encourage, promote and provide people with holistic health for any and all health concerns.
